Tormafölde - a Tour to the Lookout tower and the Fig Garden

Our short but nice, interesting walk starts from Petőfi Street 179. Tormaföld. Here you will find a suitable place to park your car. We start off on the P∆ sign in the direction of the forest on a steep, asphalted 13% slope. We can't get lost because we have to go along this tourist sign throughout our tour. At our starting point, there are several beautiful, carved wooden boards that tell us where to find the different cellars. In the first stage of our walk we are in the embrace of forests, on both sides we can see beautiful trees and plants.

Reaching the top of the hill, the houses, cellars with vines, and walnut trees appear on the ridge, and in this area we can also see fig trees and shrubs, and feel their scents. Going between the buildings and cellars, we can see the lookout tower and the orchard of fig trees on both sides. The view is impressive even from the bottom, but it is even more amazing from the lookout tower. The hills in the area that turn into a flat landscape will be visible. There is also a rest area next to the lookout tower. Visit the cellars, taste the different wines, or pick up the ripe, purple fruit in the Pick it yourself action, or just taste the delicacy of Tormafölde. We can return to our starting point with gastronomic and natural experiences, on the asphalt road along the P∆ sign.
